Inoffizieller Patch 2.02c

Hier ist der inoffizielle Patch 2.02c welcher von unseren Partnern, den Jungs von gamereplays.org, jetzt weiter entwickelt und verfeinert wurde. Dieser Patch entstand in einem ähnlichen Projekt wie der BT2DC Patch für SuM II.

Installiert einfach die Datei und der Patch ist aktiviert. Nutzt den Unofficial202Launcher, der mit dem Patch installiert wird. Dort könnt ihr den Patch de- und aktivieren. Außerdem wird euch angezeigt, ob ihr Up-to-Date seit! Oder hier, Version 202.

General

– Fog of War no longer lifted above active siege weapons anywhere on the map.
– ‚Exit All‘ buttons have been added for all structures with multiple garrisonable slots.
– All bounty values set to 25% of buildcost.
– Fire Breath (Adult Drake, Drake Broods, Summoned Dragon, Balrog, Wyrm) damage now dealt in damage over time form and as ranged attack.
– Builders no longer have obsolete „Extinguish Fire“ ability nor the useless „Stop“ command (hotkey „S“ still works).
– Battle Towers:
— now use new tower armor (slightly stronger than expansion armor). This includes Dwarf and MotW Lone Tower and Mordor Barricade.
— cost decreased to 400.
– All fortress arrow tower expansions cost set to 400.
– Fortress expansions no longer vulnerable to pierce.
– Catapult Bombard now has proper miss chance.
– After purchasing the Eagle/Drake Nest, the Eagle/Drake can now be purchased/revived for free by waiting five minutes OR after a very short recharge for 1500 resources.
– Fire logic removed from all weapons that can start a fire (except for the CaH Oil Spill).
– Walls:
— Siege resistance decreased to 200% (from 85% and 100%);
— Frost resistance increased to 1% (from 5%, 10%, 30%);
— Angmar and Dwarven Wall Default resistance decreased to 10% (from 5%).
– Banner Carrier Upgrade:
— research cost decreased to 500 (from 1000);
— research duration decreased to 20s (from 30s/60s);
— upgrade cost decreased to 200 (from 300);
— upgrade duration decreased to 5s (from 10s).
– Fortress armor upgrades:
— cost decreased to 1600 (from 2000);
— armor bonus decreased to 40% (from 50%).
– Fortress „superweapon“ upgrades Mighty Catapult, Eagle’s Nest, Dragon’s Nest and Ivory Tower cost decreased to 2000 (from 2500). Witch-King’s Sanctum, Gorgoroth Spire, and Wizard’s Tower unchanged.
– All wall hubs and wall upgrade objects now have correct armor.
– Archer Bombard abilities:
— all ranges standardized to 150%;
— damage vs. units increased to 125%;
— damage vs. structures decreased to 75%;
— radius of elite archers decreased to 20 (from 30); radius of normal archers unchanged.
– Hobbits (including Summon and Inn Hobbits):
— cost from Inn increased to 150 (from 50);
— health increased to 200 (from 100);
— speed increased to 45 (from 35);
— palantir image changed.
– Arnor Tower Guards (Campaign) now properly classed as pikes.
– Mechanical siege weapons (Trebuchet, Ballista, Stone Thrower, Mordor Catapult and Dwarven Catapult):
— pierce resistance increased to 1% (from 5%);
— flame, frost and magic damage resistance increased to 80% (from 100%).
– Transport Ship speed increased to 90 (from 70).
– Ranger, Men of Dale, and Haradrim Archer horde member positions corrected.
– Orc Lumberer CP requirement decreased to 2 (from 5).
– Command sets and upgrade slots standardized for each faction (e.g. upgrade slots for particular upgrades identical for different units).
– Unit-specific abilities (e.g. Barbed Arrows, etc.) now correctly work when multi-selected.
– All special arrow abilities (Black Arrows, Barbed Arrows, Poisonous Arrows) now match the archers‘ normal range.
– All Morgul Blade recharges increased to 60s (from 45s) (includes Morgul Corruption).

Neutral lairs and creatures:
— Wargs:
—– damage increased to 200 (from 60);
—– health increased to 700 (from 400).
— Spiderlings:
—– XP award decreased to 2/unit (from 5/unit).
— Cave Troll:
—– cost decreased to 200 (from 500);
—– Troll altered (see Goblins);
—– Can no longer crush, retain original Cave Troll armor set. Does not affect normal Cave Trolls.
— Fire Drake:
—– cost decreased to 1000 (from 2000);
—– Drake altered (see Goblins).
— Wight (includes neutral Wight Lairs, Angmar’s Summon Wights spell, and victims of Morgul Blade attacks; does not include Lesser Wights created by Well of Souls or Blight):
—– cost increased to 300 (from 200);
—– health increased to 2000 (from 1000);
—– damage increased to 300 (from 200);
—– speed increased to 50 (from 25).
— Lairs no longer vulnerable to pierce;
— Treasure Chests dropped from the Cave Troll Lairs on Fords of Isen II will no longer occasionally spawn on the rocks next to the creep where nearly all objects cannot reach them;
— Treasure Chest count dropped by Wight Lair increased to 3 (from 2);
— Warg Lairs now recruit Warg Packs when controlled with Untamed Allegiance;
— Spiderling Lairs now recruit Spiderlings when controlled with Untamed Allegiance;
— Units no longer lapse into a state of fear while creeping on occasion.

New Buffing/Debuffing System:
— Buffs:
—– standardized +50%/+50% modifier;
—– Rallying Call, War Chant, Land Powers (includes Frozen Land), Howls, Charges;
—– FX effect is a solid yellow circle (previous Leadership FX);
—– Buffs don’t stack with Buffs, stack with everything else.
— Leadership:
—– standardized +50%/+50% modifier;
—– nearby allies earn experience twice as fast;
—– Leadership given by powers, heroes or structures (fortress banners, statues, Gorkil’s totem);
—– FX effect is a yellow smoke aura;
—– LD doesn’t stack with LD, stacks with everything else.
— Spells:
—– standardized +50%/+50% modifier;
—– Darkness, hero buffing spells (Mighty Rage, Dark Glory, Starlight);
—– FX effect is unique for every spell (Darkness has no FX);
—– spells stack with other spells as well as buffs and leadership.
— Debuffs:
—– Bats, Crebain, Doubt, Venomous Words, Mighty Rage;
—– Standardized -25%/-25% modifier, cancels Leadership when present before applying modifier;
—– FX is violet smoke aura;
—– do not stack with one another.
— Nullifiers:
—– passive debuffs (Dread Visage/Wrath, House of Lamentation, Blessed/Enshrouding Mist, etc.);
—– cancel Leadership;
—– have no additional modifier.
— All exceptions to any of these rules have been standardized/fixed;
— All units affected by a horde bonus now show an FX effect;
— All units affected by fear resistance now show a FX effect;
— All graphic effects now properly indicative of stacking.

General Hero Changes:
– Mini-hero hordes:
— can no longer be debuffed;
— can no longer be buffed (except by their own abilities where applicable);
— special abilities now last for the specified durations;
— heal rate standardized; to heal from zero health to full health takes 60s;
— healing behavior fundamentally redefined to be percent based rather than value based
— no longer heal regular units nearby; heal behavior now requires distance from battle for 20s to initiate (from 10s within battle)
– All heroes reordered at Fortress in order of increasing cost (then command point level).
– Hero revival costs standardized (illogical revival cost fluctuations resolved).
– Hero revival times:
— 1.5x increase of revival time from level 5-7;
— 2x increase of revival time from level 8-10.
– Heroes can no longer fire arrows from within towers unless they specifically have a basic ranged attack.

Ring Heroes:
– Galadriel:
— buildtime decreased to 180s (from 300s);
— speed increased to 65 (from 55);
— health increased to 7500 (from 5000);
— hero damage resistance increased to 50% (from 100%);
— pierce resistance decreased to 20% (from 5%);
— 300 Siege damage added with a 40% damage scalar vs. heroes;
— Galadriel’s death explosion blast damage increased to 2000 Magic (from 500 Magic);
— now immune to Cripple and paralyzing weapons (e.g. Soul Freeze);
— now uses animation when summoning Tornado;
— Terrible Fury:
—– palantir image fixed (from sharing Sauron’s);
—– now has a unique FX effect.
– Sauron:
— buildtime decreased to 180s (from 300s);
— health decreased to 10,000 (from 15,000);
— hero knockback added;
— hero damage resistance increased to 50% (from 100%);
— pierce resistance decreased to 20% (from 5%);
— preattack delay decreased to 1000 (from 2000); firing duration decreased to 1833 (from 3667);
— damage decreased to 1000 Magic + 1000 Siege (from 2000 Magic + 2000 Siege);
— Sauron’s death explosion blast damage increased to 2000 Magic (from 500 Magic);
— now immune to Cripple and paralyzing weapons (e.g. Soul Freeze).

General Power Changes:
– Industry (Isengard/Mordor):
— no longer capable of stacking with one another on the same resource structure, but will rather replace one another when placed on the same structure;
— duration decreased to 300s (from unlimited);
— radius decreased to 100 (from 200).
– Tom Bombadil (Elves/Men):
— speed increased to 60 (from 45);
— leadership ability removed;
— now immune to Cripple.
– Untamed Allegiance (Angmar/Goblins/Mordor) can now be cast on enemy units with the same effect as Mouth of Sauron’s Dissent ability (effect on creep lairs unchanged); siege units and mini-hero hordes excluded from effect.
– Barrage (Dwarves/Mordor) damage decreased to 200 (from 400).
– Freezing Rain (Angmar/Isengard):
— now cancels Buffs as well as Leadership;
— duration increased to 4 minutes (from 2.5).
– Cloud Break: recharge reduced to 300s (from 450s).
– Wyrm can now use stances.
– Balrog (Goblins/Mordor):
— now has only 25% chance of knocking back a hero;
— Whip recharge increased to 10s (from 5s).

AI & Custom Heroes
– AI can now use Palantir Vision and Farsight.
– AI now casts Blight in accordance with its new properties.
– AI now uses Balrog’s abilities when summoning him.
– Fixed mistake in CaH attribute modifiers for Battle Rage and Berserker Rage which gave a higher armor bonus at level 1 than levels 2, 3, and 4 (essentially being reversed). This will affect Azog, as he shares the level 3 CaH Battle Rage modifier values (he now gets a 40% armor bonus from 30%).
– Elven CaH bow firing animation fixed.
– CaH Howl Of Rage armor bonuses fixed. The bonuses were reversed in order with the max bonus from the level 1 power and a the min bonus from the level 3 power.
– CaH „glitch“ heroes can no longer use their „glitch“ powers in-game.

Miscellaneous Changes
– Map zoom level and pitch altered to match the Widescreen version of Fords of Isen II in BT2DC (Widescreen version only).
– Erech map added. Erech is a well-balanced map with one straight path to the enemy base through the center and two longer paths on the sides.
– Far Harad map added. Far Harad was designed to be a well-balanced map for ClanWars play.
– Anorien II map added. Aorien II is an alternative conversion of the original BFME I Anorien to BFME II that is more competitively viable than the Carrock.
– Shire map Green Dragon replaced with standard Inn (now properly recruits 2.02 Inn units).
– Tournament Westmarch map Lair Trolls now attack and may be attacked, lair itself now targetable.
– 5+ Players lobby renamed to Unofficial 2.02; Clans lobby renamed to BT2DC ClanWars.

Dwarves
– Catapult fortress expansion cost decreased to 900 (from 1200).
– Oil Casks:
— cost decreased to 1000 (from 1500);
— moved to second spot in fortress upgrade sequence (between Banners and Siege Kegs).
– Siege Kegs healing behavior fixed, now respawn horde members in multiple hordes rather than one horde at a time.
– Mighty Catapult:
— radius decreased to 60 (from 100);
— damage effectively increased to 6000 (from 3000);
— projectile speed roughly doubled.
– Battle Tower: garrisonable slots reduced to 1 (from 2).
– Dwarven Statue now provides terror resistance.
– Archery Range:
— cost decreased to 350 (from 500);
— upgrade cost to level 3 decreased to 500 (from 1000).
– Hall of Warriors buildtime increased to 30s (from 20s).
– Hearth healing behavior fixed, now respawns horde members in multiple hordes rather than one horde at a time.
– Siege Hammer upgrade:
— available at level 1 Forge Works (from 3);
— cannot be combined with Forged Blades;
— Guardians equipped with Siege Hammers deal 50 slash damage to units (from 10 slash) and 50 siege damage to structures (from 80 slash).
– Fire Arrows upgrade available at level 3 Archery Range (from level 2).
– Phalanx:
— slash resistance decreased to 150% (from 130%);
— pierce resistance decreased to 110% (from 90%).
– Axe Thrower health increased to 275 (from 240).
– Men of Dale:
— upgraded damage altered to 100/20 (from 75/75);
— Black Arrows description no longer lists non-existent triple damage bonus.
– Inn Men of Dale:
— cost increased to 300 (from 150);
— buildtime increased to 60s (from 30);

– Undermine:
— now deals 250 siege damage when summoned (from only meta impact);
— deals damage in a radius of 75 and meta impact in a radius of 100 (from 200).
– Dwarven Riches:
— radius increased to 500 (from 100);
— resource bonus decreased to 200% (from 300%).
– Summon Citadel:
— the Citadel can now purchase Masterwork Munitions for its weapons: cost 800, research time 30s;
— the Citadel structure itself is no longer garrisonable.
